I was putting together a list for a client today, so I had to breakout the name card tray and attack them. Its my very inefficient style of working. This is what I should have done, I should have had a database list, tag each contact accordingly and when I need them. just go to the list and pull out contacts. Of course, its easy to say what I should have done, the key is that I didn't do that. HA.
