This is a usual occurrence - I look up from my table and there's Terence, stood behind Mark, 'working with' him. I call this creative hand over hand. Basically, Terence has these weird ideas about how things should look. Well no, he has amazing ideas. But its hard to understand how to get it done if you are not him, hence, he has the habit of talking us through his ideas - also known as training or 'experiential learning' if you are fancy. But once in a while you get a picture like this and no one knows what is going on. Yeap.....weirdo. But these are the people I work with, and boy, do I love them. :)
